Meet Middle School Gym Teacher and MAXPRO User Devin

Devin is the physical education teacher at Crane Middle School in Yuma Arizona where he is working with his best friend Brian to build their school's weight room. Together, they run an after school fitness club called Cougar Conditioning where they teach students that basics of fitness along with helping them to become people of great character.  

"My name is Devin Konkler and I am the physical education teacher at Crane Middle School in Yuma Arizona. I have been working at Crane Middle School for over 6 and a half years. My coworker and best friend Brian and I have been trying to build our weight room little by little year after year. We run an after school fitness club called Cougar Conditioning where we teach students the basics of fitness along with helping them to become people of great character.

Motivating students is not always easy but we do our best and when I got the opportunity to reach out to MAXPRO and get one of their amazing units to use I was so excited! This machine is so good for completing various exercises for a full body experience. I love how it can be adjusted quickly and is safe for beginners yet challenging for the more experienced. I love my students and am so thankful for MAXPRO and their very generous donation to our school! Can’t wait to see the changes in the students with using this amazing equipment!
