MAXPRO 2 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
We want you to know that the MAXPRO full body portable fitness machine is a superior product. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If, for any reason, you are having any problems with your MAXPRO, please contact us so we can help. We stand behind our product and offer a full two-year limited warranty. Please note: If you tamper with your MAXPRO by making any alterations to it this will void your warranty. Certain exclusions apply, as further described in this Limited Warranty. The MAXPRO is not warranted against normal wear and tear and it is important that you maintain your MAXPRO, including the cables, by inspecting your MAXPRO regularly for any damage, loose parts or other signs of wear and tear that could cause breakdowns or part failures.
WHAT IS COVERED
MAXPRO*, Wall Track, and Bench Two Year Warranty:
MAXPRO Fitness, LLC warrants to the original purchaser of this MAXPRO product that the equipment is free from defects in materials or workmanship, with the exceptions stated below. This warranty is not transferable or applicable to any person other than the original purchaser. Tampering with the unit will void the warranty.
MAXPRO GUARANTEE: MAXPRO Fitness will replace your MAXPRO or parts in the event your MAXPRO or parts cannot be repaired. Please note, we cannot guarantee that we can replace the exact color of the MAXPRO you purchased. Special colors may be replaced with an alternate, in-stock color.
The service plan does not cover: deterioration of the appearance of the product, abuse of the product, normal wear and tear including any cosmetic part or finish defects such as paint, or plastic, dents, scratches, chips, breakage, loss, rust or peeling. Please see the full warranty terms and conditions below for more detail.
*Cables are a normal wear item and are not covered under the warranty.
WARRANTY
• MAXPRO Fitness, LLC warrants this product to be free of manufacturing defects for 2 year from the date of delivery.
WARRANTIES DO NOT COVER
• The MAXPRO has a load limit of 300 pounds. Anything above that may damage the MAXPRO (136kg).
• The cable. The MAXPRO's cable is a wear item that should be replaced yearly. You can find replacement cables on our website.
• Damage not due to normal wear and tear.
• Damage due to abuse, accident, failure to follow instructions or warnings, misuse, mishandling, accident or Acts of God (such as floods or power surges).
• Consequential or incidental damage. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
WHAT WE WILL REPAIR
During your Warranty Coverage Period, MAXPRO Fitness, LLC will repair any MAXPRO equipment that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. In the event repair is not possible, MAXPRO Fitness, LLC, at its option, will either replace your equipment or refund your purchase price, less shipping and handling.
MAXPRO Fitness, LLC reserves the right to substitute material of equal or better quality if identical materials are not available at the time of service under this Warranty. The replacement of the product under the terms of the Warranty in no way extends the warranty period.
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
To be eligible for service under this Limited Warranty you must contact the MAXPRO Fitness Support team. You will be asked to provide MAXPRO Fitness with the serial number of your MAXPRO, SlimLine Wall Track or Bench and the dated receipt, or other proof of purchase indicating the date purchased, upon discovering any nonconformity or defect. Claims must be made within the specified warranty period.

NOTE:
In the event your product needs to be shipped to our service center, MAXPRO will cover all shipping fees incurred for customers in the Continental United States. However, if you are outside of the Continental United State, you are responsible for safely shipping the product(s) and for any damage or loss to merchandise that occurs during return shipment. We highly recommend that you insure your shipment.
Please mark all boxes clearly with:
• Return Authorization Number
• Your Name
• Your Address
• Your Phone Number
Boxes without this information clearly marked on the outside may be refused.
Please make copies of your original invoice and put one in each box of merchandise. MAXPRO Fitness, LLC must receive your shipment within two weeks from the date the MAXPRO Representative issued you your Return Authorization Number.
HOW STATE/COUNTRY LAW APPLIES
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.
