    building my own workouts is perfect for me

    I like that I am able to put my own workouts together and save them. It makes it easier for me to plan my workouts for the week. I use the main dashboard to let the app count my reps and it gives me a score at the end. It is great

    Love not having to think about what workout to do!

    I love that the maxpro app allows me to not think during my workout- just choose a workout and let the coach lead it.
