Welcome to the MAXPRO Fam
Everything you need to create content that's safe, on-brand, and genuinely you. Skim it, save it, come back to it — this page is built for creators who'd rather film than read.
Hey — Sabrina here!! I run marketing and customer support at MAXPRO, and I'm SO glad you're partnering with us. Whether you're training with the SC, the Air, or both, this guide covers the stuff that matters: how to stay safe on camera, how to talk about the products, and ideas to make your content land.
Questions? Weird noise? Not sure if a setup is safe? Don't guess — just reach out. You'll always get a real person (usually me).
— Sabrina
5 Things to Know Before You Film
Safety First
Stable positioning, protected joints, controlled range of motion — every exercise, every time.
Never Snap the Cable
Never let the cable retract quickly back into the machine. Control it in, control it out.
Real Cable, Not Bands
Say it in your content — MAXPRO is real concentric cable resistance, not elastic.
Only Post What You've Mastered
If you can't execute a move with proper form, don't create content around it.

Two Machines. Same Cable DNA.
You might be creating with one or both. They're complementary — never pit them against each other. The SC brings more power. The Air brings more portability. Both are powerful. Both are portable. One is more of each.

Safety & Form On Camera
Your audience copies what you post. These rules keep you — and them — safe. The universal rules apply to every workout; then pick your machine below for the specifics.
Universal Rules — Every Machine, Every Exercise
- Keep the machine stable and properly positioned at all times
- Be mindful of weight distribution — especially on single-side exercises
- Protect your joints and use a safe, proper range of motion
- Follow general kinesiology and human-movement principles
- Know how to safely get into and out of every exercise position
- Never let the cable snap back (retract quickly) into the machine — always control the retraction
For single-leg movements: your foot must support the side where the cable is being used. Stand with feet spread away from the hinge, heels on the MAXPRO, toes on the ground.
SC-Specific Notes
- Only use the official MAXPRO Bench — never a non-MAXPRO bench
- Set resistance to 1 before attaching the bar or accessories
- The cable lock is a position holder for bench press setup and suspension training — not an every-workout feature. Always press the release button before sliding it
- For suspension training: cable all the way out, lock all the way up, dial all the way to locked. It's an advanced setup — say so if you demo it
Before any pull, confirm your mount is fully secure — VersaMount seated properly, AirTrack locked, or the unit stable on the floor. Test with a light, slow pull before working resistance.
Air-Specific Notes
- The Air is a single-cable system — you train one side at a time, just like a single cable stack at the gym. Brace your core and set your stance before each set
- You've got 12 feet of cable. More freedom, more distance — which means even more reason to control the retraction. Walk it back in; never let it snap home
- Filming a new movement? Start light. The Air starts at just 3 lbs — use it to rehearse the pattern before loading up
- Outdoors, check what you're mounting to: posts, racks, and fences must be solid and immovable before you wrap the VersaMount around them
- Same golden rules as the SC: protect your joints, keep safe range of motion, only demo what you can execute cleanly
Do's & Don'ts
Do
- Get creative & think outside the box!
- Follow the general principles of human anatomy and movement
- Protect all joints and overall stability
- Be able to explain the purpose and goal behind each exercise
- Show how to get into — and out of — each exercise position
- Demonstrate proper form yourself before asking your audience to try it
- Replicate exercises other gym equipment can do, and reference it ("this is your lat pulldown")
- Keep impact low and movements controlled
Don't
- Use a non-MAXPRO bench
- Compromise any joint or safe range of motion
- Put any part of the body at risk
- Create an exercise you cannot execute yourself
- Create an exercise with a complicated or unsafe setup
- Let the cable snap back (retract quickly) into the machine
- Use a cable on a side where the mount isn't supported
Sound Like MAXPRO
You don't need a script — your voice is why we partnered with you. But a few naming and framing rules keep everything consistent across the fam.
Content Ideas That Work
Proven angles from our best-performing content — take them as sparks, not scripts. Your voice and your words are why we partnered with you.
Gym in a Bag
The defining MAXPRO hook. Unzip the bag, pull out the machine, train. Show the reveal — it never stops working.
Your Gym Doesn't Check Bags
Hotel room, Airbnb, park, parking lot. Film the workout somewhere a gym could never be.
You Could... Or You Could
The contrast formula: the old annoying way vs. the MAXPRO way. Commutes, waiting for machines, packing a bag.
The Cable That Comes to Practice
Wrap it around a post and do sport-specific cable work on the field or court. The 12-ft cable makes drills possible that fixed machines can't touch.
Joint-Friendly Strength
Cable training is what physical therapists recommend for a reason. Show controlled, low-impact strength work — recovery-friendly content performs.
The Streak
Consistency content: day 30, day 100, the workout that happened despite the travel day. This is the emotion we sell.
This Is Your ___ Machine
Recreate a familiar gym exercise and name it: lat pulldown, cable fly, tricep pushdown. Instant credibility with gym-goers.
Home & Away
If you have both: SC stays home for heavy days, Air goes in the bag. Same cable system, two different lives.
