How to Read This Chart
-
Estimates, not lab values.
Actual resistance can vary slightly by unit, cable angle, and how far you pull.
-
Start lower than you think.
Pick a level where your last 2 reps are hard but your form stays clean, then turn the knob up as you get stronger.
-
Why cables beat bands.
Resistance bands lose tension unevenly and can snap mid-rep. MAXPRO's cable resistance is consistent through the whole range and you can change it with one turn of a knob.
MAXPRO SC
Built to replace your gym entirely. Dual cable, up to 300 lbs, bench compatible.

Air or SC: which one should I get?
If you train mostly at home and want heavy resistance, bench work, and dual cables, get the SC. If you're always moving and want a gym that fits in any bag, get the Air. A lot of our best customers have both: the SC stays home, the Air goes with you.
Does it need power or a subscription?
No plug required, and the app has no subscription on either one.
